by Ana – One Trip at a Time
When I was a child, I studied English at an institute.
We learned about London — the red buses, the black taxis, the royal family...
And I remember thinking:
"One day, I’ll go there."
Well… I did. And it was amazing.
London is a cosmopolitan city — full of people from different countries, beautiful buildings, and a mix of history and modern life.
I visited Buckingham Palace, where the King lives, and I watched the Changing of the Guard — the traditional ceremony with soldiers in red uniforms and tall black hats.
I also visited the Tower of London, full of stories, mystery, and old secrets.
We saw the classic red phone booths, and I even rode in a real black taxi!
And yes... the famous double-decker buses were everywhere. I loved them!
We ate fish and chips — the classic British meal — at a small restaurant.
It was delicious. It felt like I was walking through the pages of my old English textbook.
But this time… I was there.
London was everything I imagined.
A dream come true.
